Leave cannot be claimed as a matter of right. The leave sanctioning authority may refuse, or revoke leave of any kind. All leaves are to be sanctioned by the appropriate Institute authority as promulgated. The Calendar Year is from 01 January to 31 December and Academic Year (AY) is from third week of July to second week of July of the following year. Separate order will be issued for the period of vacation to apply for vacation leave.
